In 1994, my wife and I, and son and daughter, made the move to Southern Oregon. As a family, we searched the entire Oregon coast and Interstate-5 corridor looking for the right place to call home. We ultimately found the home and “lifestyle” we were looking for in the Rogue Valley community of Ashland. What a wonderful town and beautiful area ! There were just so many things that “added up”.  For my son and daughter, the level of education offered was and is impressive. We discovered that the weather in the Rogue Valley offered four distinct, yet mild, picturesque seasons. It was also discovered by the whole family that sporting and recreation opportunities are everywhere you look. And the enormous list of culturally rich aspects and natural amenities of this area were soon recognized too.

I arrived in Oregon at 40 something with 20 years experience as a general contractor specializing in custom residential construction. I was ready for a new and fresh start in business. It did not take me long to figure out that homes and homeowners is what I know best.

I now have been been working full time in Ashland, Oregon as a real estate agent since 1995.. Knowing the "home product", understanding people's "wants and needs", and having a desire to help in every way has been a tremendous asset to my clients... and perhaps the key to my success as a Realtor today.
